This policy forms the cornerstone of the quality system and is the collective responsibility of all employees.
This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.
Achievement of this policy involves all staff members, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving work environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Managing Director or Technical Director.
Every employee is responsible for, and will be trained to perform their duties by his or her specific role. Furthermore the organisation will ensure that any sub contractors employed for a particular function with specified requirements and will accept the responsibility for their work.
We hereby certify that the quality manual and the standard operating procedures manual accurately describes the quality system within the organisation to meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008
To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Quality System with routine operation controlled and monitored by the Quality Representative.
